PLACING ORDERS: Each item, has been assigned a unique code/SKU beginning with HCQS (per the following SKU Pricing Guide Grid). This SKU Code MUST be noted on purchase orders to ensure Quick Ship processing. If this code is incorrect or otherwise omitted from the purchase order, the item risks being processed with our standard production lead time.
PAYMENT: FULL payment is required at time order is placed to hold/claim Quick Ship items. Shipping balance required to release furniture to selected shipper.
LEADTIME: Production lead time for Quick Ship is FOUR (4) WEEKS and does NOT include shipping time. All items ship F.O.B. from our facility in Dawsonville, GA.
SHIPMENT: Per Hellman-Chang’s standard shipping/logistics protocol, or client will call. Shipping quotes will be furnished within 3-4 business days from receipt of PO.
